Who actually builds it?
You deal with Mara, the person designing and building the site, from the first note to handover. No account managers and no sales desk.
What comes with every site?
Click-to-call and WhatsApp, local titles, a sitemap, structured data, and pages that load quickly on an ordinary phone. Hosting, the domain, SSL, backups and small edits sit inside the plan.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes, one every four weeks. Whether the cost is allowable is down to your circumstances, so check with your accountant.
How does the pricing work?
There is no build fee. £50 every four weeks covers the website, hosting, domain, security and small edits. The Maps plan is £350, or £300 if you already have a site, and adds the profile, reviews, town pages, twelve posts and the ranking promise.
How does the Maps promise work?
Before you start, I run a free check and we agree one search and one area in writing, such as “joiner Hove”. If a grid across that area is not averaging position 3 or better within 90 days, billing pauses and I keep working until it is.
Am I tied in for long?
Three months minimum, then it rolls and you can stop any time. If you see the finished site and you are not happy, say so in the first month and that month is refunded.
Are the mockups really free?
Yes. You fill in the form, I design real mockups of your business, and if you do not like them that is the end of it. The risk sits with me.
What happens after twelve months?
The website is yours. The domain and the files move into your name, with no exit fee. Stay on the plan if you want me to keep hosting it, or take it and go.
Do I pay per lead?
Never. Every enquiry comes straight to you. The monthly fee is fixed whether the site brings one job or fifty.
